This website offers visitors a variety of candles. By accessing or using the website of our products, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Phoenix, Arizona. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

At Sirius Wax, customer safety is important to us. Sirius Wax may offer wax melt warmers, electric warmers, candle warming lamps, and similar products manufactured by third-party companies.

Sirius Wax acts solely as a retailer or reseller of these products and does not manufacture, design, modify, or control the production of the warmers or lamps sold through our store. By purchasing and using any wax melt warmer, candle warmer lamp, electric warmer, or similar device from Sirius Wax, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Manufacturer Responsibility

The manufacturer of the product is responsible for the design, manufacturing, safety standards, instructions, warnings, defects, recalls, warranties, and proper functioning of the product. Any questions, concerns, product defects, malfunctions, safety issues, recalls, or warranty claims related to the warmer or lamp should be directed to the product manufacturer whenever applicable.

Proper Use

Customers are responsible for reading and following all manufacturer instructions, warnings, safety guidelines, and recommended usage requirements before operating any wax melt warmer or candle warming lamp. Products should only be used as intended and should never be modified, misused, or operated in a manner inconsistent with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sirius Wax shall not be held responsible for injuries, damages, accidents, fires, electrical issues, property damage, product malfunctions, or other losses resulting from the improper use, misuse, modification, malfunction, or operation of wax melt warmers, candle warming lamps, or similar products manufactured by third parties. The customer assumes responsibility for the safe and proper use of these products.

Product Safety

Never leave an operating warmer or lamp unattended. Keep products away from children, pets, water, flammable materials, and other potential hazards. Always follow the safety instructions provided by the manufacturer.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a wax melt warmer, candle warming lamp, or similar product from Sirius Wax, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
