While we work hard to expedite the process, please keep in mind that we will provide the timeframe once the carrier processes your from Sirius Wax. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Shipping 

*Processing Time: Our store hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am 4:00 pm (GTM -7:00 Arizona) . Orders received on business day before 3:00 pm (GTM -7:00 Arizona) will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm (GTM -7:00 Arizona) business day will be ship the next business day. Summer season (June-August) we will ship orders from Monday to Wednesday; we don't want our products to melt over the weekend while in transit with the carrier.

*Cost & Fees: Enjoy free shipping when you purchase is over $75 or when you get a full collection of the season. All purchases under $75 have a shipping cost of $7.99. 

*Delivery Times: Delivery may take anywhere from 5 to 7 days. It depends on the carrier. Thank you for your understanding!

*Carriers: We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

*Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email to monitor its arrival.
